- 1 jars Jurel conserva lomitos
- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Zucchini
- 1/2 units Scallion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 grams Pre chips

- 1Finely chop the scallions and saute in a splash of olive oil to make a sauce aside.
- 2Grate carrots and zucchini.
- 3Prepare potatoes as directed on the package.
- 4Separate the egg whites and beat them as meringue, add vegetables, egg yolks, sauce, horse mackerel flaked and drained, salt and herbs, heat a pan with olive oil and when hot put the mixture, I put top (inside ) round and toaster and leave on medium heat, when this relatively firm over approx 15 min then turn by a plate, leaving 4-5 min and more ready, accompanied with chips.
