  • 1/2 units Scallion
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 grams Pre chips

    Finely chop the scallions and saute in a splash of olive oil to make a sauce aside.

    Grate carrots and zucchini.

    Prepare potatoes as directed on the package.

    Separate the egg whites and beat them as meringue, add vegetables, egg yolks, sauce, horse mackerel flaked and drained, salt and herbs, heat a pan with olive oil and when hot put the mixture, I put top (inside ) round and toaster and leave on medium heat, when this relatively firm over approx 15 min then turn by a plate, leaving 4-5 min and more ready, accompanied with chips.
