  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp Curry
  • 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)
  • 1 cups Skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Jewish
  • 3/4 cups Cous cous
  • 1/2 tsp Butter

    Heat a third of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the onion into cubes and rekete until they are soft but not color.

    Add the tomato sauce and shake for 1 min.Add curry powder, sugar and flour and cook 1 more more.

    Little by little mix with milk and stir constantly until the mixture boils and thickens.You can add more milk if you wish.

    Add the prawns and beans and stir until it is very hot.Salpimentar.

    Prepare the Cous Cous according to the container instructions.
