  • 1/4 cups Flaked almonds
  • 1/4 cups Almonds
  • 1.5 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla

    In a bowl add the oatmeal, rolled almonds and almonds (whole or chopped as you prefer). Mix.

    Then add the oil and stir well to make it all impregnated with oil.

    Once a ready, add honey and mix until everything together.

    Heat a pan and pour the mixture. Stir constantly over low heat for about 10 minutes (until you see the oats browned) Cool and store in a jar.

    You can consume milk, yogurt or whatever you prefer. can also replace coconut oil for normal oil or olive soft, you can add nuts that you like. Recomedada portion 3 tbsp.
