- 1 cups Oats
- 1/4 cups Flaked almonds
- 1/4 cups Peanut
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey

- 1In a bowl add the oatmeal, almonds and peanuts. Mix.
- 2Then add the oil and stir well to make it all impregnated with oil.
- 3Once a ready, add honey and mix until everything together.
- 4Heat a pan and pour the mixture. Stir constantly over low heat for about 10 minutes (until you see the oats browned) Cool and store in a jar.
- 5You can consume milk, yogurt or whatever you prefer. You can also replace the oil with coconut oil or olive soft, you can add nuts that you like. Recommended serving 3 tbsp.
