- 1 bit Skim milk
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cups Onion
- 400 grams Spinach
- 1.5 tbsp Whole nuts
- 1 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1In a bowl, put half of the whole eggs and beat. Then add only the whites of the rest of the eggs and beat again. Add the milk and mix.
- 2Pre heat the oven with the grill lit at 180ºC
- 3Heat the oil in a pan (that can go to the oven), add the chopped onion in cubes and cook for 3 mins or until it is soft, add the raw spinach and cut into strips and the chopped nuts, cook until the excess of excess of liquid has evaporated
- 4Add the beaten eggs and half of Parmesan cheese to the pan, mix gently before the eggs begin to curdle. Salpimentar
- 5Let cook for another 2 min. without stirring
- 6When the eggs begin to curdle on the sides add the rest of the cheese to the fritatta and move the pan to the oven to finish its cooking by 2 min. plus. Serve immediately.
- 7Note: If Fritatta is for more than 4 people, we recommend doing it in two pans
