  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika powder

    Prepare the ingredients: good wash and peel potatoes, cut into half-moons (cut the potatoes into thin slices and then each slice in half); cut onion pen.

    Put the potatoes to boil water when it boils, leave them 10-12 min, strain and set aside.

    Sauteing the onion in a frying pan with a stream of olive oil, when browned add salt, add potatoes and brown for a few minutes.

    In a boul beat eggs with a fork or skimmer, well mixed, add the mixture and add the paprika powder.

    Heat a splash of oil in the pan, when hot put the mixture and go peeling off the edges, wait 5-8 minutes or until edges to peel off, turn with a plate, leaving 4-5 min and voila!
