Easy black bean stew



  • 1 cups Black beans (canned)
  • 1 units Scallion
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 0.38 cups Zucchini
  • 1/4 teaspoons Peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoons Curry
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 15 grams Peanut
  • 1/4 cups Coriander
  • 2 you tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cups Rice
  • 1 units Potato

    Prepare the ingredients: Cut the scallions and diced red pepper; Grate zucchini; drain the black beans; Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

    In a stream of olive oil saute onions and paprika, when golden add the remaining vegetables, add herbs and salt, put the white beans, if too dry, add a splash of water, give it a cortita cooking and ready , serve it with fresh cilantro and chopped peanuts.
