Easy black bean stew

Ingredients
- 1 cups Black beans (canned)
- 1 units Scallion
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 0.38 cups Zucchini
- 1/4 teaspoons Peppers
- 1/4 teaspoons Curry
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 15 grams Peanut
- 1/4 cups Coriander
- 2 you tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cups Rice
- 1 units Potato
Preparation
- 1Prepare the ingredients: Cut the scallions and diced red pepper; Grate zucchini; drain the black beans; Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- 2In a stream of olive oil saute onions and paprika, when golden add the remaining vegetables, add herbs and salt, put the white beans, if too dry, add a splash of water, give it a cortita cooking and ready , serve it with fresh cilantro and chopped peanuts.
- 3Potatoes with rice into a super old recipe, prepare an ordinary rice but also add a couple of potatoes chopped into small cubes and voila!
