  • 1 tbsp Apple vinager
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 units Orange
  • 60 grams Fresh cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Prepare the ingredients: Cut the onion pen; cut the onion into small cubes; chop the tomato peel diced; chopping the fine rabanitos; chop the cilantro fine; squeeze lemon juice; Grate lemon peel and orange; Grate ginger.

    Grind fresh cheese with a fork and mix with half the olive oil. Add salt and pepper and set aside.

    Mix all ingredients except cheese and correct seasoning. Season with the remaining olive oil.

    Add at the last moment fresh cheese spreading it on the surface.
