Ingredients

  • 250 grams Bean stew (cong)
  • 175 grams Pumpkin
  • 1 units Whole corn
  • 1/2 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 25 grams Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
Preparation

    Chop the onion and squash into cubes, grate (the) maize (s) and set aside.

    In a pot with a little oil, saute onion
  3. 3
    Once this list add beans and add water (1 liter each approximately 400g of beans) add salt, pepper and basil and cook 15 minutes at high heat

    Then lower the heat and add the pumpkin, stir and let cook for 10 mins more

    Then add the corn grain and grated and cook for 15 minutes and serve.

    Note: You can add tomato slices if desired
