Bean stew
Ingredients
- 250 grams Bean stew (cong)
- 175 grams Pumpkin
- 1 units Whole corn
- 1/2 cups Frozen corn desg
- 1/4 units Onion
- 25 grams Basil
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preparation
- 1Chop the onion and squash into cubes, grate (the) maize (s) and set aside.
- 2In a pot with a little oil, saute onion
- 3Once this list add beans and add water (1 liter each approximately 400g of beans) add salt, pepper and basil and cook 15 minutes at high heat
- 4Then lower the heat and add the pumpkin, stir and let cook for 10 mins more
- 5Then add the corn grain and grated and cook for 15 minutes and serve.
- 6Note: You can add tomato slices if desired
