  • 3/4 cups White cabbage
  • 3/4 cups Purple cabbage
  • 1 units Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Cranberries
  • 10 grams Flaked almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander
  • 1/2 units Orange
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 units Natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    In a small skillet pour olive oil and toast the almonds until they are golden.Reserve.

    Squeeze juice to oranges.Chop the fine cabbage and wash it later.Grate the carrot.

    Mix the white cabbage, the purple cabbage, the grated carrot, the Cranberries, the cilantro and half of the orange juice.

    In a well mix the rest of the orange juice, natural yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and pour it over the salad.Mix and distribute the almonds on top.
