    Prepare your ingredients: cut the paprika in strips; Cut the tomatoes into squares; Chop the cilantro.

    Take out of lemon and squeeze your juice. One half will be used for chicken and the other half for potatoes.

    For chicken: in a food processor, make a pasta with parsley, juice and lemon zest, capers and half of olive oil. Cover all chicken with pasta. Put it in a source, salt and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Preheat the oven at 180 ° C. Bake the chicken for 50 minutes. A good way to know if it is cooked inside is to click a thigh: if the juice that comes out is transparent, it is because the chicken is already cooked.

    For potatoes: put them to cook with skin in water with salt for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool for 5 more minutes. Cut your potatoes in half and put them on a baking can together with the paprika, tomato and garlic. Add the rest of olive oil, cilantro powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix everything and spread on the can. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside.
