- 1/2 cups Red wine tetra
- 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 cups Whole nuts
Instrucciones

- 1Chop the nuts.Separate the whites from the yolks.In this preparation only the whites will be used.You can save the yolks for another preparation.In a bowl, beat the whites for approximately 20 mins until they are firm.
- 2In a small pot, gather wine with sugar to form a hair syrup.Revolver with a manual beater constantly, on high heat, until it boils.Then, keep stirring about 10 more mins.
- 3Remove from the fire and add shortly to merengue, until everything is well incorporated.Put the mixture in a glass container and sprinkle the chopped nuts.Refrigerate minimum 30 mins before serving.
