- 1 units Red pepper
- 1 units Onion
- 1/2 units Zucchini
- 1 teeth Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 1/2 tbsp Concentrated tomato
- 1.25 cups Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 units Avocado
- 1/4 cups Coriander
- 1.5 tbsp Sour cream

- 1Soak the white beans from the previous night.
- 2Prepare your ingredients: Wash and chop the paprikes in cubes; wash, peel and chop the onion in cubes; wash and cut the sliced zucchini; peel and chop the fine garlic; peel and fillet the avocado; Wash and chop the cilantro.
- 3Cook white beans in boiling water for approximately 50 mins. Remove the foam.
- 4In a pot, heat the olive oil and cook onion by 5 mins over low heat. Add the cumin, the paprika powder, the sauce of Tabasco and the garlic. Cook for 2 mins and add the concentrate and tomato sauce. Leave it 15 mins more.
- 5Add white beans and cast together with zucchini and red pepper. Salpimentary at ease.
- 6Continue cooking for 45 mins.
- 7Serve with laminated avocado, cilantro and acid cream.
