  • 1/2 units Potato
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 1/2 units Broth (vegetable)
  • 1/4 cups Coconut cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Curry
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and cut the onion into cubes; wash, peel and cut potatoes into medium cubes, wash, peel and chop the carrot in cubes; Prepare the broth of vegetables according to the container instructions.

    In a pot, add coconut oil and sauté the onion until it is brown. Add carrot, lentils, potato and herbs (turmeric and curry). Salpimentary at ease.
