- 1/2 cups Red lentils
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 units Potato
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/2 units Broth (vegetable)
- 1/4 cups Coconut cream
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Curry
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and cut the onion into cubes; wash, peel and cut potatoes into medium cubes, wash, peel and chop the carrot in cubes; Prepare the broth of vegetables according to the container instructions.
- 2In a pot, add coconut oil and sauté the onion until it is brown. Add carrot, lentils, potato and herbs (turmeric and curry). Salpimentary at ease.
- 3Mix everything well and add the vegetable broth. Once it boils, cook by 25 mins or until lentils and potatoes are cooked.
- 4Add coconut milk and serve hot.

- 6* The original recipe uses homemade broth. If you prefer to do it: you throw in a pot with olive oil the vegetables that you have well washed and cut into small pieces, sofríe about 5 mins, then add 1-2 l of hot water and hope that boils. Colar and use.
