- 1/2 tbsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cups Lettuce
- 1 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cups Arugula
- 2 units Lemon
Instrucciones

- 1Mix olive oil with pepper and juice from half of lemons.
- 2Marinate the chicken fillets in this mixture.
- 3Put the chickens at a font and cook over medium heat until they are ready, about 30 minutes approximately.In the middle of the time, flip the fillets.
- 4Wash green leaves and mix in a fountain.See comfortable with salt, oil and lemon.
- 5Serve the chicken accompanied by green salads.
