  • 175 grams Soy meat
  • 200 grams Tomato sauce
  • 100 grams Pasta (lasagne)
  • 1/2 cups Milk cream
  • 50 grams Gouda cheese
  • 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano

    Prepare your ingredients: In a pot with abundant boiling water with salt, cook the lasagna mass sheets according to indications of the container, styard and leave in a source with cold water; Cut the cheese into thin strips.

    Soak the soybean according to the container instructions. Drain.

    For the sauce, heat a pan with oil and add the soybean meat, cook over medium heat, stirring for 4 to 5 mins. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add the tomato sauce, then 1/2 cup of water (for every 400 ml of sauce) and mix. Cook 2-3 mins more and let stand.

    Preheat the oven at 180ºC.

    Armed: In a fountain, put a bit of the sauce and on top of a layer dough layer (cut in half to make them better fit in case necessary). Cover with abundant sauce, on it 1/4 of the cream and 1/4 of the Gouda cheese. Repeat the process until you finish with the masses and the mixture of soybean meat. In the last layer, distribute the rest of the cream and cheese.

    Sprinkle grated cheese and bake by 20 mins approx, even brown.
