  • 1 cups Lentils
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 50 grams Basil
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 units Green pepper
Instrucciones

    Put lentils and water in a large pot with lid. Let medium-high for about 20 mins or until lentils are soft. When the lentils are ready then drain and leave aside

    In a separate bowl mix the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Leave aside

    In a large skillet put oil and garlic. When the garlic begins to brown put the diced green pepper, leave for 30 sec. and place the lentils and basil. Leave everything for about five minutes until basil begins to wilt

    Put the sauce you prepared with soy and vinegar. Leave for two minutes and test. Adjust the seasoning if necessary
