"mote" wheat risotto with easy prawns

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cups Milk cream
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 200 grams Prawns
  • 1/4 cups White wine tetra
  • 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Prepare your ingredients: cook the prawns;Wash, peel and fine chopping the onion.

    Boil the "mote" Ready about 10 minutes (you can do it in milk if you want to give you more flavor), strain and wash.

    To sauté the prawns: in a pan, add half the olive oil and add the prawns.Skip until they change color (about 3 to 4 mins approx.).Reserve.

    Put a pot over high heat, add the rest of the oil and butter, then onion and lower the intensity of the fire.Skip until it is translucent.Incorporate the "mote" of wheat already cooked and sauté for 5 more minutes.

    Add white wine and boil until it is reduced by half.Incorporate the cream, mixing well.

    Spice with salt and pepper.Tapar and let stand 5 minutes.

    Serve the prawns on top of the risotto.

    Before serving, spinning grated Parmesan cheese.
