  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cups Milk cream
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 grams Basil
  • 1/4 cups White wine tetra
  • 3/4 cups Tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and chop the fine onion;wash and chop the cherry tomatoes in halves;Wash the basil.

    Boil the "mote" Ready about 10 minutes (you can do it in milk if you want to give you more flavor), strain and wash.
