- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cups Milk cream
- 1/4 units Onion
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 150 grams Basil
- 1/4 cups White wine tetra
- 3/4 cups Tomato juice
- 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and chop the fine onion;wash and chop the cherry tomatoes in halves;Wash the basil.
- 2Boil the "mote" Ready about 10 minutes (you can do it in milk if you want to give you more flavor), strain and wash.
- 3Put a pot over high heat, add the oil and butter, then onion and lower the intensity of the fire.Skip until it is translucent.Incorporate the "mote" of wheat already cooked and sauté for 5 more minutes.
