- 1Prepare the "mote" wheat according to the instructions of the container.
- 2Wash, peel and chop potatoes in cubes and carrot, onions and fine paprika.
- 3Put cook the chopped potatoes, the "mote" of wheat cooked, drained and washing, carrot and paprika with water (drop 1/2 cup of water every 1 cup of "mote" wheat), over low heat and toaster.
