- 250 grams Pumpkin
- 1 units Carrot
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger
- 1/4 teeth Garlic
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 cups Coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash, peel and chop the fine onion;crush garlic;Cut pumpkin into cubes, sliced carrot and ginger in small cubes
- 2In a pot over medium heat, add the pumpkin, carrot, onion and garlic and cover with cold water.Lower the flame over soft heat.And cook for 20 minutes approx.(until the pumpkin is well cooked, soft)
- 3Remove, from fire, drain (reserve the liquid) and cool slightly.
- 4Grind the mixture in a food processor or blender immersion until you get a cream Add the milk until you get the desired consistency, add the gallped ginger.If you like more liquefied you can add the reserved liquid from cooking vegetables.
- 5Salpimentary at ease.Return the cream to the pot and boil again.
- 6To serve.
