- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 cups Pan gratedo
- 1 units Egg
- 50 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil

- 1Prepare your ingredients: RALLE pumpkins, cut garlic, onion and cubes paprika
- 2In a frying pan with hot oil onion and garlic.Then add the paprike paprike.Leave on fire until the onion is well gold
- 3Once ready, add the pumpkin for 3 minutes more approx.SalpimentLet cool.
- 4Then add to pumpkins, eggs, grated bread and parmesan cheese.Mix until all the ingredients well bind.
- 5Let stand a few minutes.Pour all the preparation for the pudding in a fountain for an oven, sprinkle with buttery cheese
- 6Kitchen in the preheated oven at 180º for about 15 mins, until it is brown and the cheese melts.Let at rest some mins and serve.
