  • 4 units Chicken (wings)
  • 1 pinch Thyme
  • 1 pinch Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Dried tarragon
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cups Pan gratedo
  • 5 tbsp Sesame
  • 1/4 cups Parsley
  • 1/2 units Natural yogurt

    To prepare golden potatoes: wash and peel the potatoes.Cook them in boiling water with salt at ease for about 10 minutes approx.Then take out the potatoes from the water and cut into slices along.In a frying pan, add the olive oil and brown on both sides.

    Put the chicken for one night in the yogurt.The next day, dry the prey with absorbent paper and put them to adobar with the Herbs, salt, pepper and half of the butter.Leave for a few hours, turning the prey from time to time.

    In a bowl, put bread, chopped parsley and sesame.Remove the chicken, dry and pass it to the mixture.Salt and pepper.

    Put a preheated oven, with the rest of the butter above and cook until golden (30 to 40 minutes).
