- 150 grams Pasta (noodles)
- 300 grams Beef (sirloin)
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1.5 units Scallion
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 75 grams Fresh cheese
- 1.25 units Peruvian yellow pepper
- 3 units Soda cookies
- 1/4 cups Low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 25 milliliters Soy sauce
- 10 milliliters White vinegar
- 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 10 grams Parsley

- 1Prepare your ingredients: cut the yellow chili in pen and remove the nuggets (wash in warm water to lower the itching), cut onion on pen, tomato in segish, garlic and sliced chives (we will only use the green part of the chives), meat in dice. Reserve

- 8To finish, warm a little oil in a pan. Pour the sauce to the Huancaine over the pan and heat. Incorporate the pasta, mix, add the grated cheese.
- 9Serve the pasta accompanied by the loin and enjoy.
