  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 cups Chickpeas
  • 200 grams Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 1/4 cups Pan gratedo

    Soak the chickpeas the night before.Put the chickpeas in a pot with water and take them to boiling until tender (60-80 mins approx)

    In a 2/3 olive oil pan for a min, then add spinach and salt.Mix well

    Add previously cooked chickpeas.Leave everything on low heat for 5 more mins or until the chickpeas are hot

    Add lemons juice over preparation and serve in a bowl

    In the same skillet, cleaned with a paper napkin, add the rest of the olive oil.Put the bread grated and leave it until it starts to brown, add lemon grated and salt
  6. 6
    Sprinkle the mixture above chickpeas.
