- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3/4 cups Chickpeas
- 200 grams Spinach
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 units Lemon
- 1/4 cups Pan gratedo
Instrucciones

- 1Soak the chickpeas the night before.Put the chickpeas in a pot with water and take them to boiling until tender (60-80 mins approx)
- 2In a 2/3 olive oil pan for a min, then add spinach and salt.Mix well
- 3Add previously cooked chickpeas.Leave everything on low heat for 5 more mins or until the chickpeas are hot
- 4Add lemons juice over preparation and serve in a bowl
- 5In the same skillet, cleaned with a paper napkin, add the rest of the olive oil.Put the bread grated and leave it until it starts to brown, add lemon grated and salt
- 6Sprinkle the mixture above chickpeas.
