  • 1/2 units Avocado
  • 1/2 units Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 cups Coriander
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Merkén

    In an Immersion Blender grind chickpeas with its juice, avocado, lemon juice, 3/4 olive oil, garlic, cilantro leaves and salt to taste.

    Grind everything and serve with a little olive oil on top and merken.
