- 3 units Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Coriander

- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Chop the medium dwelling onion to pen and let stand in hot water until the end of the ceviche.
- 2Cut raw mushrooms, avocados, yellow chili pepper, green pepper and cherry tomatoes in small squares and mix on a bowl.
- 3Add the fine chopped cilantro, lemons juice, splash of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Strain the onion and add it to the bowl.Mix everything and let stand for at least 15 minutes covered with film films.
