  • 1 units Green pepper

  • 3 units Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups Coriander

  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Chop the medium dwelling onion to pen and let stand in hot water until the end of the ceviche.

    Cut raw mushrooms, avocados, yellow chili pepper, green pepper and cherry tomatoes in small squares and mix on a bowl.

    Add the fine chopped cilantro, lemons juice, splash of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
