  • 250 grams Pig (abastero)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 1 units Longaniza
  • 3/4 cups Rice
  • 1.25 cups Broth (chicken)
  • 1/2 cups Green peas
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1 jars Canned mussels
  • 1 cups Prawns
  • 1/2 cups Coriander

    Heat a paella (or a wok if you do not have paella) over medium heat and start saving the feather onion, laminated garlic, chicken in pieces and pork (without fat) in larger pieces.

    Add the salt, turmeric, curry and paprika and stir.Add the pounded longanizes until you achieve slight cooking of meats.

    Incorporate pre-tanned rice and hot chicken broth or simply hot water.

    Also, add peas and red pepper on strips.Tapar with aluminum foil and let cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

    After 10 minutes, add washed chorites and prawns and cover again with aluminum for another 10 or 12 more minutes.Confirm that it is no longer water bubbling at the bottom of the paella.

    Remove from the fire and serve the table with slices of lemon and fine chopped cilantro.
