  • 1 pinch Merkén
  • 350 grams Chicken (breast)
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

    In a pot with abundant water and salt cook the peeled potatoes and cut in half and pieces of pumpkin without shell until they are soft.When they are ready, add frozen peas and corn to the pot.Cook for 5 minutes, cast the water and grind slightly with stick spoon.

    In another pot sauté in olive oil the cunge onions and fine chopped garlic teeth.Flavor with salt, cumin, pepper, oregano and mequén at ease.

    When the onion is transparent add chicken minced meat and dress at ease and cook for 10 minutes to covered pot to release play.

    To the pot of ground medium potatoes add the fried with meat (without so much juice, there they see how they like) and mix everything.Serve hot with a fried type egg on top.
