- 3/4 units Onion
- 350 grams Pumpkin
- 1/2 tbsp Thyme
- 2 units Egg
- 0.38 cups Skim milk
- 40 grams Blue cheese
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Heat at a half heat a pan.Add the oil and chopped onion and cook for 6 minutes or until the onions are soft and golden
- 2Add pumpkin chopped into cubes, thyme and a little water (1/2 cda every 2 people) and cook covered for 10 minutes, stirring occanently, or until the pumpkin this soft
- 3In a bowl apart beaten the eggs and add milk, blue cheese, and pepper.Add the mixture on the pan
- 4Cook for 4 minutes more or until set
