  • 500 grams Spinach
  • 1 cups Low-fat milk
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1 cups Wholemeal
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 grams Mushrooms
  • 1 units Scallion
  • 100 grams Milk cream

    Bleaching spinach for 5 minutes to boiling water and drain.

    Repeat this process as many times as necessary to complete the ingredients: a squeezer add 1 cup milk, 1 cup spinach, 2 eggs, 1 cup flour, salt and pepper. Beat for 1 minute.

    Preheat a good pan greased with olive oil and pour the mixture. Cook 1 minute per side.

    Meanwhile, laminar mushrooms, scallions and bring the pan with the cream. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

    Assemble crepes, add the mushroom sauce and enjoy this treat!

    Serve 3 per person.
