- 75 grams Lentils
- 1/4 teeth Garlic
- 13 grams Parsley
- 13 grams Dill
- 13 grams Coriander
- 25 grams Pan gratedo
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp Curry
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/4 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Onion
- 25 grams Green peas
- 13 grams Flour (no powder)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instrucciones

- 1Soak the lentils of the day before.
- 2The next day, drain them and put them in a large pot with 2 liters clean water per 1.5 cup of lentils, salt and laurel leaves.Cook them for 35 mins approx.or until cooked (soft).
- 3Drain and reserve.
- 4Cut the parsley.Put the lentils together with the peas, onions and carrot in the blender.Mix the resulting puree with grated bread and flour.Season with paprika, curry, salt and pepper.Stir to combine.
- 5Then add the dill and the parsley.Add a generous amount of oil in a pan and hot over medium-high heat.Take a piece of lentil mix and put together croquettes.
- 6Fry them until you are crispy and golden by approx.3 - 4 min.on each side.Transfer to a dish lined with a paper towel and let it rest approx.2 - 3 min.
- 7Serve accompanied salads aligned to taste.
