  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1 units Carrot
  • 1 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Orégano seco
  • 1 pinch Merkén
  • 3/4 cups White beans
  • 1/2 cups Pumpkin
  • 100 grams Pasta (noodles)
  • 1/4 cups Coriander
Instrucciones

    Soak the beans from the previous day.

    Saute in olive oil, onion, paprika, carrots and garlic cloves chopped fine. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and merquén at ease.

    Add the beans soaked and rinsed, squash diced and 3 liters of water per 1.5 cups of beans. Again add a little salt and cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes. For traditional cooking pot for 50 to 60 minutes or until soft.

    Release pressure and add noodles and cook for another 10 minutes or until done.

    Garnish with cilantro.
