- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1 units Carrot
- 1 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Orégano seco
- 1 pinch Merkén
- 3/4 cups White beans
- 1/2 cups Pumpkin
- 100 grams Pasta (noodles)
- 1/4 cups Coriander
Instrucciones
6 pasos
- 1Soak the beans from the previous day.
- 2Saute in olive oil, onion, paprika, carrots and garlic cloves chopped fine. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and merquén at ease.
- 3Add the beans soaked and rinsed, squash diced and 3 liters of water per 1.5 cups of beans. Again add a little salt and cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes. For traditional cooking pot for 50 to 60 minutes or until soft.
- 4Release pressure and add noodles and cook for another 10 minutes or until done.
