  • 1/2 cups Spring Salad
  • 1.5 cups Pan gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Full salad dressing
  • 1 units Egg
  • 2 units Beef (steak)
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil

    Spring salad prepared according to the package instructions.

    To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.

    Mix the quinoa with spring salad and stir well.

    On a plate or extended source mix the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper and seasoning to taste and full revolver.

    In another bowl beat the eggs with a fork and set aside.

    Knuckle pass each steak in the breadcrumbs, then by the egg and again in breadcrumbs to cover the entire steak.
