  • 250 grams Beef (ground)
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Merkén
  • 300 milliliters Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour (no powder)
  • 300 milliliters Low-fat milk
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 40 grams Buttery cheese
  • 100 grams Pasta (lasagne)

    Prepare pasta according to the package instructions.

    In a pot saute for 5 minutes minced in olive oil, salt and pepper onion. Add merquén comfortable.

    Add the ground beef and stir for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce, sugar and salt to taste. Cook for 10 minutes and set aside.

    In another saucepan melt butter. Once melted add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Gradually add milk and stir not stop until it thickens. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Lasagne form the layer by layer with pre massecuites and finish with a final layer of grated cheese sauce and buttery. I carry oven pre-heated for 20 minutes at 200 ° c. Let stand and serve.
