  • 25 grams Mushrooms
  • 5 grams Parsley
  • 1/4 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 100 grams Pasta (snails)
  • 38 grams Peanut butter
  • 1/4 units Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 pinch Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

    Cut the broccoli and in halves the mushrooms. Chopping parsley, garlic and onion

    Prepare the dough according to the instructions of the container.

    In a large pot, sanctuary broccoli in boiling water salty for 2 min approx until crispy. Immediately immerse the broccoli in a container full of cold water. Let cool for 2 min. Drain and reserve

    In a food processor, mix the peanut butter, water (2 CDA per 75 gr of peanut butter), lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt

    In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms, broccoli, onion and garlic in a little vegetable oil over medium heat for 4 min approx. Add the dough to the pan and continue sauting it, stirring from time to time, for 2 min

    Add the sauce to the pan, mix well to combine, and continue to skip for 2 min. Until the sauce this hot. Add the parsley and stir until you join well. To serve
