- 1/2 units Broccoli
- 25 grams Mushrooms
- 5 grams Parsley
- 1/4 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 units Onion
- 100 grams Pasta (snails)
- 38 grams Peanut butter
- 1/4 units Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp White vinegar
- 1 pinch Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instrucciones

- 1Cut the broccoli and in halves the mushrooms. Chopping parsley, garlic and onion
- 2Prepare the dough according to the instructions of the container.
- 3In a large pot, sanctuary broccoli in boiling water salty for 2 min approx until crispy. Immediately immerse the broccoli in a container full of cold water. Let cool for 2 min. Drain and reserve
- 4In a food processor, mix the peanut butter, water (2 CDA per 75 gr of peanut butter), lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt
- 5In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms, broccoli, onion and garlic in a little vegetable oil over medium heat for 4 min approx. Add the dough to the pan and continue sauting it, stirring from time to time, for 2 min
- 6Add the sauce to the pan, mix well to combine, and continue to skip for 2 min. Until the sauce this hot. Add the parsley and stir until you join well. To serve
