- 1To prepare golden potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water with salt to taste for about 10 minutes approx. Then remove the potatoes from the water and slice lengthwise. In a pan, add half of the olive oil and brown on both sides.
- 2Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- 3In a bowl mix the ricotta with oregano and paprika.

- 5Coloring within each steak some rocket leaves and 1 tablespoon of the ricotta mixture. Roll up and if necessary secure with toothpicks.
- 6Distribute the rolls in a baking dish. Add a stream of olive oil and white wine and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. If necessary, add a little water to the source so it does not dry during cooking.
- 7A serving, cut rolls into slices and accompanied by roasted potatoes.
