- 5/8 cups Flour (no powder)
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 63 grams Butter
- 1/2 cups Milk cream
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 2 units Egg
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 50 grams Goat cheese
- 5 units Black olives
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cups Basil
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare the dough: Sift flour first.
- 2In a bowl mix the flour with butter and pinch of salt. Add a little water until a firm dough and smooth. Uslerear and placed on a removable mold oiling.
- 3Prick with a toothpick and bottom edges. Carry oven preheated to medium heat for about 7 minutes or until golden brown slightly.
- 4Prepare the filling: Mix the cream with milk and eggs loe. Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.
- 5Place the cherry tomatoes with olive oil on a can, season and carry oven preheated to medium heat for about 10 mins.
- 6Fill the dough with whole tomatoes, goat cheese, olives without cuezco and sliced basil leaves. Pour the filling and bring back to the oven for 10 minutes or until set.
- 7Serve warm.
