- 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1 cups Mushrooms
- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 cups Prawns
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
