- 1/4 units Marraqueta
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 units Onion
- 2 units Egg
- 2 tbsp Oil

- 1Soak lentils the day before.
- 2Take to cook lentils from cold water, approx 40 mins. Keep trying every so often and when they are soft, they are ready.
- 3Soak bread in milk.
- 4Once a list lentils, mix in the juicer: 1/3 lentils and bread soaked previously crushed. Season to taste and blend.
- 5Fry chopped onion pen in the middle of the oil.
- 6Frying eggs in the rest of the oil.
- 7Serve in individual pots: hot mashed lentils, fried onions on top and put the fried egg.
