  • 1/4 units Marraqueta
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 units Onion
  • 2 units Egg
  • 2 tbsp Oil

    Soak lentils the day before.

    Take to cook lentils from cold water, approx 40 mins. Keep trying every so often and when they are soft, they are ready.

    Soak bread in milk.
  4. 4
    Once a list lentils, mix in the juicer: 1/3 lentils and bread soaked previously crushed. Season to taste and blend.

    Fry chopped onion pen in the middle of the oil.
  6. 6
    Frying eggs in the rest of the oil.
  7. 7
    Serve in individual pots: hot mashed lentils, fried onions on top and put the fried egg.
