    In a pot, melting the butter and sauté the onion for 5 mins.Align with salt and pepper at ease.

    Incorporate curry, cilantro and vegetable broth previously prepared and cook covered by 15 more mins.

    Add the peas and cook 5 mins.Pour the spinach and cook 1 more min.

    Turn off the fire and let cool.

    Pass the soup by the squeezer and for a sieve.Go adding the milk and broth necessary for a good consistency.Verify seasoning and heating.
