- 2 units Chicken (breast fillets)
- 1 units Egg
- 1 cups Pan gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2.5 units Potato
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare golden potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water with salt to taste for about 10 minutes approx. Then remove the potatoes from the water and slice lengthwise. In a pan, add olive oil and brown on both sides.
- 2For the chicken: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and another bowl pour the breadcrumbs.
- 3Spending raw chicken breasts, first by the egg and immediately after the breadcrumbs.
- 4In a pan, pour the sunflower oil, expected to heat up and check breasts. Remove when golden brown (approximately 5-6 minutes per side).
- 5Serve with roasted potatoes.
