- 3 units Chicken (breast fillets)
- 50 grams Basil
- 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2.5 units Potato
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare golden potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water with salt to taste for about 10 minutes approx. Then remove the potatoes from the water and slice lengthwise. In a pan, add olive oil and brown on both sides.
- 2Cut the chicken into medium cubes.
- 3Prepare the pesto: In a blender put basil, olive oil and grated cheese. Blend until desired consistency.
- 4Pour the pesto in a hot skillet, add chicken cubes and cook about 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- 5Serve with roasted potatoes.
