- 3/4 cups Rice
- 2 units Chicken (breast fillets)
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 units Lemon
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2Mix olive oil with pepper and lemon juice.
- 3Marinate the chicken fillets in this mixture.
- 4Put the chicken in a baking dish and cook over medium heat until they are ready, about 30 minutes. Half of the time, flip the steaks.
- 5Serve the chicken accompanied by rice.
