- 3/4 cups Rice
- 1 jars Canned tuna
- 2 units Egg
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2Cool the rice while preparing the rest.
- 3Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Season with the remaining oil.
- 4Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water. Peel and grind with a fork.
- 5Drain tuna jars.
- 6Mix the cold rice with ground boiled egg, tuna shredded and chopped tomatoes. Stir well and serve
