- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/8 units Lettuce
- 1 units Tomato
- 2 tbsp Oil

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2Cool the rice while preparing salads.
- 3Wash the lettuce. Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes into slices.
- 4Beat eggs until frothy leave. Add pepper and salt.
- 5Add rice and mix well.
- 6To make the tortilla: add the mixture to a pan with the rest of the hot oil, cooking until set. With the help of a plate or a pot lid, flip the tortilla and finish cooking.
- 7Serve accompanied by salads.
