- 3/4 cups Rice
- 1 units Egg
- 1/4 cups Scallion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.38 cups Soy sauce

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2In a hot pan with half the remaining oil, arrange the beaten egg and distribute well. Let cook without stirring to form an omelet, for 4 mins approx. Cut into small pieces and set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, heat the remaining oil and add the chopped scallion slices and saute for a few mins and add salt to taste.
- 4Mixing the rice with scallions, chopped small omelette, soy and serve hot.
