Strawberry cheesecake

For the base: grind the cookies, place the melted butter and sugar, mix well.Place on a detachable tortha and press with a spoon's help.

For cream: Beat the cheese, add the cream mixing with the sugar glas (without reaching Chantilly).Add lemon juice and gelatin dissolved in boiling water (check in the container at how much water dissolve).

Mix the preparation well and place on top of the base, match and carry a 1 hour refrigerator.

For sauce: Salse with raspberry jam or strawberries.
