- 125 grams Pasta (noodles)
- 75 grams Palmitos
- 1/2 units Egg
- 1/2 units Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 75 milliliters Oil

- 1Put in a pot to boil water. Add salt and pasta. Cook about 8 mins, let cool.
- 2Drain the palmettos of the preservative liquid and slice, chop and squeeze lemon (reserve the juice)
- 3In the bowl of the mixer mix, oil, eggs (if you're cooking for 2 people use a whole egg), lemon juice and salt. Whisk until a mayonnaise reserve in the refrigerator
- 4Arrange the noodles in a bowl, add the palmettos and season with mayonnaise. Stir everything and serve.
