- 200 grams Pasta (noodles)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 units Egg
- 1/4 cups Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Put in a pot to boil water. Add salt and pasta. Cook about 8 mins (strain and reserve the water from the slurry for later use).
- 2In a separate bowl, beat only yolks, then for each yolk add 1/2 cup water paste.
- 3Then pour the egg mixture over pasta. Mix quickly to cover uncooked pasta egg (correct water if necessary).
- 4Remove pan from heat, add salt and stir the paste until the egg mixture, 1 to 2 mins thickens. Garnish with grated cheese, if they have at home.
